Treating each person’s experience as unique is a primary component of how Laura works with her clients. When you attend training sessions with Laura she shares her teaching materials and plans to allow you to form your best practices and safest results for clients living with Scoliosis.
Private Training is for clients looking for movement solutions and practices. Laura recommends meeting at least 1 time a week for 9 weeks to learn how she can help you move well and feel well.
