MOVEMENT & WELLNESS STUDIO PROPS
Marie José Blom developed the SmartSpine system and I hardly do a session in the studio without using them. I also use them at home for my own well-being. They are a great asset to release tension in the body and have a great start to a workout.
This system is a must for anyone working with Scoliosis. And so is her Embracing the Curves workshop!
You can find spike balls several places. Balanced Body sells the softer/flexible kind. I use these little miracle workers for several different types of release work at the start of a workout or class routine.
9" EXERCISE BALL
I love using this size exercise ball to lay on in prone or supine position for release breath work. Or you can use it as a helpful cue during bridging between the knees. There are all kinds of uses. Try adding a ball to your routine.
TOWER ON THE GO
If your looking for a home experience with spring resistance and low cost the tower on the go is for you ! Made by balanced body and available via Amazon!
I love this bolster. It is firm yet form fitting at the same time! I lay on it vertically since I own the larger one, but I would use it for a number of things! Get creative.
This cabinet has been a great tool for keeping my SmartSpine system warm. Note though that this tool can effect the life span of your accessories if you do not take them out regularly and remember to never leave it on for long periods of time. I chose this tool to prevent having to continually reheat SmartSpines in the microwave.
Correct toes are a blast! My feet really enjoy wearing these all the time. I wear them during Pilates workouts
BASIC MASSAGE TABLE
This massage table is basic yet sufficient for supported stretching and the smart spine work at home.
